Mō te tūranga mahi – About the role
The main focus is to manage Whare Tiaki a youth bail home, Taku Kara Rangatira, a youth transition to independence home and the delivery of Fresh Start Youth Justice contracts. Service delivery and application is a key success measure in this role, applying contract management and reporting across a range of social services sectors. Strategic input into business planning, financial planning, identifying business development opportunities and management of key stakeholder relationships add to the complexity of this role. Managing a team of 14 kaimahi to provide comprehensive tikanga Māori support for, individuals and whānau who have Māori rangatahi, within the Nelson Tasman rohe.
