“to authorise and approve the application to the Māori Land Court pursuant to section 338 of the Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993(to be made by the land trustees) and Rules 16.5 for a vesting order to transfer the general freehold land being the Kaumatua flats at 111 Atawhai Drive Nelson described as 2,362m2 more or less, being Lot 1 DP 13462, being all the land comprised and described in Title NL 10C/578 (Nelson Land Registry) to the Trustees of the Whakatū Marae as a Maori reservation under the Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993.”
Any registered member of Ngāti Koata, Ngāti Rārua, Ngāti Toa Rangatira, Ngāti Tama, Te Ātiawa and Ngāti Kuia shall be entitled to attend the meeting.
