Offering practical support and advocacy across a wide range of life areas such as health, housing, education and employment to name a few. Key outcomes of these roles are to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Empower wh\u0101nau to be self-managing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support living healthy and balanced lifestyles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wh\u0101nau participate actively in their community<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wh\u0101nau are confident in their identity and engaged in Te Ao M\u0101ori<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wh\u0101nau are economically secure and contributing to generational wealth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wh\u0101nau are connected, resilient and supported.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u014du &#8211; About you<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be effective in these positions you will need to be passionate and dedicated to support wh\u0101nau to achieve their goals and aspirations. Empathetic to the challenges wh\u0101nau face and bring a non-judgemental solution focused approach to your mahi.
